Foxlux will not take responsibility for any loss or damage that might occur from your reliance on any recommendations or other content on or through our Services.

FOXLUX tried its best to describe and display our products and Services accurately. FOXLUX reserves the right to change or update information or correct errors without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that brought to you. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and price before your product is shipped. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower price and send you the product.

Termination
- These terms shall remain effective until this agreement expires. We reserve the right to immediately terminate these terms or your access to and use of the Services at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, including but not limited to repeated unauthorized postings of copyrighted works. Upon termination of these terms, your right to use the Services shall immediately cease, and you shall destroy all materials obtained from the Services and all copies thereof. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services may be affected without prior notice, and Foxlux has the right to delete your password and user name and all related information and files associated with them immediately. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our website. After termination, any information or files shall not be required to be available to you.
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes or arguments between you and FOXLUX relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules for consumer-related disputes in Los Angeles, California. Foxlux reserves the right to change this dispute resolution provision, but any such changes will not apply to disputes filed before the effective date of the amendment. This provision will survive the termination of your right to use the Services.

Changes to this Agreement

General Legal Terms

In that case, that provision should be removed from this agreement without affecting the rest. The remaining provisions of this agreement will continue to be effective and valid.
- You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which we are the parent or affiliate shall be third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and that such other companies shall be entitled to enforce directly, and rely upon, any provision of this agreement which confers a benefit on them. No other person or company shall be third-party beneficiaries of this agreement except for this.
Payment
- Prices for all products in Foxlux are in United States dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, whether or not they are listed on your receipt or your statement. If you purchase products from our website, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card, the applicable fees and taxes (if any) outlined in the offer that you accepted.
